I love SMART goals because they not only provide a process and framework for your goal setting, but they also have measurable objectives you are held accountable for.  So you can&#039;t just set a goal &quot;willy nilly&quot; and then say &quot;yeah, I met my goal...close enough&quot;.  It is concrete, you either did or didn&#039;t with SMART goals.
