I took a great Human Factors in Aviation course and the Prof taught a leadership segment using the 4 core virtues of Western Civilization. I need to find the materials, and as soon as I do, I'll get back to you, 'cause it's some great stuff.

One of the things I do remember is a quote from him:

"To a hammer, everything looks like a nail"

Cheers!

That's true you got to have confidence and courage especially in business these days, sometimes you got to have the courage to face many challenging things and follow through to get results.

Smallbizbee,like you said it's contagious, confidence and courage they go hand in hand

@Armen
Absolutely, the last thing you want is to be faced with a challenge and have a leader who looks unsure of themselves. Confidence and courage breads confidence and courage, it' contagious!

Thanks for coming by,
Matt

I would add that showing courage builds up the people around you, and presentation of courage quickly causes action to arise in an area where it was previously dormant. It changes the feeling of everyone that notices it, because they realize that they have to step up to keep up.
