Thanks for sharing...absolutely right on the idea of &quot;fit&quot;.  I can&#039;t work for a company if I don&#039;t agree with their mission, and vice versa. Having a well defined mission will certainly help with recruiting/retaining becuase you will be filling your company with like minded individuals.
