What got me thinking about this was twitter, I noticed that the majority of my followers were female, and 90%+ of my total interactions on Twitter were with females…I started wondering, so did some research, and what I found made sense with my own experiences. Good thing my wife understands =)

Hi Matt,

I never considered this but I think the point is valid.

As an example, when I’m on Twitter or Stumble and looking for contacts, it seems that the most valid and useful prospects are women. I hesitate sometimes because I’m nervous (rational or not) that folks who look at my friends or followers will see lots of females and think I’m one of “those guys”.

I wonder if anyone else feels the same?
