Very useful tips. I’d say that the most important two tips are (1) online marketing and (2) tracking spending. I just wrote about how online marketing is key because it can be done for free. And in many ways, the free types of online marketing can be more effective than paid marketing campaigns.

Becareful with point 2; those that quibble on price or will only buy with a price drection will be slow to pay or cause you loads of pain.

Leave your prices alone or even increase them a little, it will weed out your D customers allowing you to give a better level of service to those A and B customers.

Free trials is what I think is missing from today’s companies. Many companies are taking free trials away but it’s a very enticing option that can get potential buyers.
