Maybe it's because I've been extremely busy the last few weeks, or that I've had some life changes that have added stress lately, but the quote "It's always darkest before the dawn" has been in my head, right next to "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger".
This got me thinking about advice I've received through the years that I lean on in times of business or personal struggles, and how a really good piece of advice is timeless and more valuable to our success than any tangible item.
So today's Twitter Fest Friday question was aimed at finding out what advice the Twitterverse thought of as the best they've received and what they fall back on to guide them.

Great collection, Matt.
The collective wisdom of the universe is pretty much hanging around the Twitter-folk.
Cheers!

@George
It’s a testament to the kind of people on Twitter, that within 5 minutes you can have all the great words of wisdom above.

Isn’t it amazing what the collective wisdom of the Twitterverse can come up with.
Matt
Lots of great stuff here. The best I received though (and not yet listed) is to get input from your opposites.
