		<description>I agree that self assessing can be tricky. Here is another thought regarding goal self goal assessing. If you set your goals and easily they seem to be more easily attained you should sit around wondering if you made them to simple. You did make them to simple now it&#039;s time to raise the bar and shoot even higher. If you realize that they are too simple there isn o reason to sit back and easily make your goals. Goals should be attainable but they should also push you to reach a new level and there should be some work involved.</description>
