My 2 cents. I read somewhere about leadership that leader should constantly search for potential of his follower. Especialy potential that they don`t even know they have. This what i`m looking for in my bosses.

That little four step process may sound oversimplistic and, truth be told, it probably is. HOWEVER, it does contain some big ol’ kernels of truth. Don’t do bad things, do good things. It’s never bad advice.

If you’ve only had bosses you hated, try my revolutionary “Opposite Method”…just do the exact opposite of what they did and you’re probably on your way to being a better leader.

great advice assuming everyone has had some good bosses. What about people who went through life struggling with bosses they hated? They’ll know exacatly what not to do but they’ll have no clue what to actualy do. But I’ll read the whole ebook; maybe they explain all that stuff more thoroughly.
