		<description>In my opinion, these situations are the virtual snarling Doberman coming towards you, that danger signal that you are well aware of.  You have to do something or else you are pretty much doomed. The fix tips you offer are well equipped to patch up the wounds of these mistakes.

Money, or the expectations created by money, can be very damaging to a startup. I&#039;ve seen great ideas fail only becuase the owner tried to push to get cash out too soon, or had personal financial problems they saddled the biz with.
