Ok Matt, You got me jazzed about this one. Right now I use ATT and I’m not upgrade eligible until June.

With my hectic schedule, I need to have access to email and the internet at times other than the mornings and evenings on each side of work. This would be an integral tool for keeping me in touch with writing clients and my other web based ventures.

Matt! Are you kidding me??!!

Wow. I’d love this phone because it sounds WAY cool and because I’ve never had a smart phone – and it would make being away from the computer a breeze.

Thanks for the contest!! :-D

Thanks for the contest. This looks like an amazing phone. I miss having an actual keyboard. I only hope that I can get it to work in Canada.

5 smallbizbeeNo Gravatar February 15, 2010 at 7:36 pm

@George & Michele
If one of you two win, and you do agree to this arm wrestling match, we gotta do a “live over the internet” pay per view kinda thing with it. Deal?

Matt

I want. My nokia e71x is a piece of junk. Doesn’t work half of the time. I need something that works well with Microsoft and syncing up to PC.

This will allow me to be everywhere at once when my clients can’t be for my potential personal assistant business. It will be able to allow me to respond to my clients needs at a moments notice by allowing me to check my emails on the spot without having to go home and check my emails. It will allow help raise my awareness when it comes to handling my clients needs or and errand that they have requested or that may need to be attended to. It will allow me not to lose a client by allowing me to bill them on the spot by using an app that will be take their cc or debit card, use the internet to access my merchant account, or that will allow me to call in their credit card number.

I could use the HP iPAQ Glisten because my trusty old Nokia N95 is living in its last few weeks. The battery barely lasts a day, the screen is cracked in 2 places and getting an awesome free replacement from you guys would make my day. I’m also a new college grad with tons of debt, this phone wold really help me get organized once I get a job.

I found out about this contest via stumbleupon. Thank you so much. Hope to win!

11 Jim FreemanNo Gravatar February 16, 2010 at 9:19 am

You kidding me? Of course I could use a new iPAQ Glisten! I’ve worked my iPAQ6515 to death – literally. Had to retire it last week after one more long drop to the cement which finally craked the screen. RIP – it was a great smartphone. Love to see WinMo 6.5 on an iPAQ – mine was too old to support it. If I happen to win it – I’ll be tweeting from @attaintech on it.

I am a fan of iPaq pocket PCs since Windows CE 3.0. I currently own an iPaq Business Messenger and I really am looking forward to upgrading to Glisten. I am one of those few fans of Windows Mobile left, and HP is one of the best manufacturers of phones for that platform.

So it would be really nice to win a Glisten phone for free from smallbizbee. My twitter name is @kojoru.

Wow this phone is awesome. I would love to win it so I could keep up with my kids. One of who is 7 months pregnant. I also could keep track of any sales from my etsy shop all while I am away from home. This would be great! Email and texting would be so much easier!

Great prize.

I live in France, which is a challenge itself and the QWERTY keyboard would be great for me. I have an AZERTY and it drives me nuts. I end up writing phrases like “Zhile putting ,y hqt on ,y heqd::: ( – while putting my hat on my head…)

Plus, I want a full keyboard, I hate typing L33T. (444036661104440777793327771)

My partner has a small business and I have become the tech expert for her. I am really a project manager at heart, but for the moment I am unemployed (yet another reason for me to win) so I do have time to answer tech questions. I was recently asked why a plugin I made did not work on a smartphone (it does work) and I don’t have a phone to test and prove myself right.

I really like the Visual Inbox, I think it will help me be more productive.

Final reason, I can’t afford to buy one. If I don’t win one here I won’t have one. If I don’t have one I will not have anything to praise to my friends and colleagues.

Well .. I used to have a Blackberry before I put it in the wash and dry cycles and it became a paperweight .. and then downgraded to the LG Rumour phone (I like it actually for texting) .. but I can’t even email pictures with it :( So, I can use this smartphone! Texting is okay, to the wife for leaving messages, but sometimes I would just like to surf the web with my phone like I used to – the way the web was supposed to be for addicts.
