    This is already being used in big organization to great extent. However small businesses are still not using this technique. They must give it a try

  2. I agree. Although small business have more personal connection with their customers, something like this shows that they care and make that bond even stronger and more reliable, and at the same time provides the business with valuable info.

    I’ve to admit that as a customer the loyalty programs have involved me.
    Small business could create a community loyal program that involves various little business, instead of create an expensive branding loyalty program
