What’s This All About?

Smallbizbee.com is the creation of   business owner and entrepreneur Matthew Ringer.

I have started and successfully managed many businesses through the years, and currently am the owner of an event management company in South Florida which focuses on sporting events, specifically running. 

In building my latest business over the past three years lessons have been learned, many of which the hard way. 

The idea behind Smallbizbee.com is an outlet for me to not only share my thoughts on business, but to learn from other entrepreneurs “in the trenches” as well. 

What Else Do I Do?

I also provide business consulting, HR consulting, and social media consulting all focused towards small and growing businesses. Using a first hand approach to solve businesses problems I am happy to share what has worked for me and what hasn’t while helping you take your business to the next level.

What Makes Me an Expert?

Nothing other than doing. I run a business everyday, I think about how to make my business better everyday, and I share those ideas with you all. If you like what I’m saying, great go forth and prosper with the information you get here. If what I say just doesn’t gel with you, that’s fine too – what’s working for me may not work for everyone.

I started Smallbizbee.com as a way to journalize my thoughts about business and to chronicle what is going well and what needs improvement in my daily business life. Since I think and discuss business on a daily basis, and have a passion for seeing myself and other succeed, starting a blog made logical sense. I could help myself get my thoughts in order while helping others. It’s also a great way for me to explore different business topics and ideas, while getting valuable input from you all.
