Don’t Stress, It’s Bad For Business
I‘ve been stressed all day. Just one of those days where you have too much to do and it seems there is not enough time in the day to get them all done (we know that’s a myth though).
Deadlines are looming, customers are looking for answers, and every passing minute I’ve been feeling more and more stress creap into my being.
As a result it dawned on my just how bad for business being stressed out is. Business conversations are rushed, contacts are being brushed aside or replied to hastily, and each interaction I’ve had today could have gone so much better had I not been carrying this mountain of stress on my back.
However, my loss should be your gain, or at least a learning opportunity. I did a quick Google search on ways to reduce stress and ran across this list, from http://www.tranquilityisyours.com/
If you’re feeling stressed I hope these tips help, not only is it unhealthy to carry stress around, it’s bad for your business health as well.
